The Silver Plan allows you and your family to receive quality care at a discounted rate from our Dental Select Silver network. The Silver Plan is a fee-for-service discount plan. It is not an insured product.

2.Gold - (PPO – approximately 400 dentists in Utah)
The Gold Plan makes dental insurance easy. There are no waiting periods or maximums to track. Plus silver fillings, exams, cleanings, and fluoride treatments are covered 100% (deductible may apply).

3. Platinum - (a voluntary indemnity plan – see any dentist – less coverage)
In addition to comprehensive dental benefits, the Platinum Plan provides you with complete freedom in selecting a dentist. You can receive services from any dentist of your choice, either in or out of the network. When you choose to receive services from an in-network provider, you are rewarded with less out-of-pocket cost.

Overall, this plan provides members with less out-of-pocket cost for in-network dental services. This plan can be tailored 100% to fit the needs of your company and your employees.
